Tom Petty is right........still a long way into the future before this damn cast comes off. Deb is off to Silver City today to see her doctor and get her medicine. I usually go with her because she gets sleepy on drives longer than about 40 minutes or so. She will stop at the Curious Kumquat on the way home to buy some gourmet cheeses. mmmnnnnn. Anyway, last evening she was doing laundry, a job I generally do. She noted that she had folded all my clean laundry. That was funny since i have been alternating 2 pairs of nylon shorts that she has modified with velcro so that I can get them on and off when I hit the bathroom or bedroom. That and one left running shoe have been all I have been wearing for the past 2 weeks. So folding my laundry was one pair of shorts. On a side note, the Nikkei closed at 10,009 last night, so now your 25 year return is about one percent.
Still waiting for my son to send me pictures of Lyudibugs race pictures from her 50 mile race performance.......he has sent me 2 different pictures of him, which I love, but not his lovely bride as yet..... Lastly, take a look at Dow 1937 and 1938. I know that history doesn't always repeat itself, but if you align it with October 2007 thru today, it is pretty darned amazing.....we will have to see if it moves the same or diverges.......

1937 and 1938... So over the next decade all we need is a major world war to destroy the rest of the worlds manufacturing base and their younger population.....then we'll be sitting pretty again.
