Well, I took the garbage out and got in a nice long run during the day. Didn't want to leave trash for the apocalypse. The long run was zombie-ish. I think after three good weeks of 30 miles plus, as well as lots of long and short intervals, I will need to do a shorter easier recovery week before I start working harder again! Three weeks hard one week easy should do the trick. Probably 2 hard 1 easy would be even smarter as a long term strategy.
Anyway, the world didn't end today so that jamoke got to keep the 80 million he swindled out of the sheeple. I know when the world is REALLY gonna end, and if you send me $5, I will tell you.....
