Well, after mashing up my knees, especially my GOOD knee (not the run over knee!), I have taken 4 days off to little avail. I will go to the gym tomorrow and do weights, and try again to do a few minutes spinning on the exercycle, and then take thursday off to take deb to the doctors in El Paso. Would really like to be able to run easy again this weekend because we finally hit the 70's after a good two months absence. If I can keep this downtime to a week, then I should be able to rebuild for 8 weeks and do a race in mid march. We will just have to see. Sometimes, I am just my own worst enemy......
