No major breakthru on the spinal front. Isn't getting any worse, and only very slightly better. I look for different things to add to my repateur every few days in the hopes of breaking thru. Of course, time will probably be my best ally, but this keeps my mind busy! So I have added these inexpensive single arm ab wheels from amazon. You kneel on padding and roll them out as far as you can, and then return. The video below shows you how it is done with perfect form. I can do about 6 at a time, but I can't quite get as fully stretched out as the guy in the video. I will keep working on it. I do a set about 4 times a day along with all my other crap. Thank God I don't have a job, cause I spend half my day on this crap....

Recently completed 45 years of running. In the past, had raced distances from 1500 meters to 50 miles. After 4 back surgeries, surgeries to both feet, having my knee and ankle broken after being hit by a truck, having had meniscus surgery in 2011, recovering from 2 cardiac ablations and a pacemaker implant in 2016-18, I have chosen to stop trying to race. I think I have used up all 9 of my competitive running lives, so I am hoping to stay upright for a few more years! My goal now is to try and run 4 days a week and to supplement that with three days a week of weights at the gym and supplemental beach walks. The Combination of Year/Kilometers (45 plus years and over 125,000 kilometers) have enjoyed their full effect on me.....
