Somethings Gotta Hurt!


With a 5 miler tomorrow, this will be a good 30 mile week with a long run indoors of 8 miles. Knee has been much better this week so I decided to hurt myself in another fashion. I was doing this side bend exercise and had gotten up to a 35 pound plate. Guess that was too much, as I hurt my back and have those nerve pains down my right hamstring. Won't be doing that again. Just hope it doesn't linger for a long time or become another damn disk bulge! Anyway, I will run outside tomorrow, hit the gym on Monday for the usual sans side bends, and then spend Tuesday traveling the entire united states to get to Philly and Billy.....
