PT Day 4!


Hit the gym today in gale force winds. Got almost to a full 30 minutes on the exercycle before the knee ache began. Will try some higher resistance intervals on monday for strength. Did a full weight routine including all the leg exercises with one added weight plate. Knee was sore thereafter, so came home and iced. Yesterday afternoon I got to 25 minutes walking before my form detiorated, so that is progress. Not gonna attempt to walk in the gale force winds today. Tomorrow I will try for an hour mountain bike ride. Getting stronger, but still will need to work on that walking gait. Will also begin some work on the wobble board later next week. So far so good.....
