2 Perfect Days!

Had two phenomenal days of weather sunday and today. Mid 70's, slight breeze, cloudless, shirtless run days. Sore and slow recovery days, but absolutely beautiful. I was actually more sore today than yesterday. That good old DOMS. Tomorrow have a doctors appointment at noon, and then Joe and Janet are taking Deb and I up to Silver City for dinner for our birthdays at a barbeque place......gonna eat some grilled mahi mahi and ribs! It will be good to have a day off from running. Will probably be the weekend before I start trying to put much intensity into the runs. Will let my sore body tell me when.
This is the finishing line picture from the geezer billygoat death march 10K...............The desert science center staff were nice enough to take pictures, and got all of us 10K finishers, and many of the 5K folks, so thanks to them.....
