Welcome To The Big Chill!

What a horrid cold week! I talked to my boy who was in Geneva this weekend and enjoyed two 66 degree days. Here it was a lovely 39 and 36 degrees. I have gotten good and tired of this cold weather. It has been lousy since December began. December felt cold in the 40's, but January has been primarily upper 30's. The only good news is that it has been dry so that we have not been pelted with snow. The forecast over the next few days doesn't look much better.
Got 4 runs in again this week of three bye 8K and one 9K. Back is slowly improving, but until it is symptom free and it gets warmer, I will just keep taking it easy....
