Seemingly out of the blue, we had two 88 degree sunny days yesterday and today. I went out both days at 3:00, at the highs of the day. I sure am not heat acclimated. Yesterday I ran a bit faster on purpose, but today I kind of just slogged along. Anyway, should be warm again tomorrow, but I will be at the gym on the exercycle and with the other dumbbells......get it? Anyway, no real change to the back in 3 months now......will just try to keep on keeping on until it goes one way or another!

2 Days Of Heat!

Anyway, should be warm again tomorrow, but I will be at the gym on the exercycle and with the other dumbbells......get it? Anyway, no real change to the back in 3 months now......will just try to keep on keeping on until it goes one way or another!
