Did a sort of medium long run today at 12K. I want to get up to regular 13 and 14K long runs in december and january. Weather today was humid, low 60's and overcast, but that damn wind from the southwest was cold again. Weather all week looks high 50's except when I race next sunday. Then it is high 48, low 27, so it may snow like it did when I ran this race two years ago.....
